1. The Product

You are purchasing a digital "Creator Pack" consisting of a high-resolution GIF, a standard MP4, and a Green Screen MP4. These are digital assets, not physical goods.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy
  • Digital Content: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by completing your purchase and starting the download of digital content, you express consent to receive the content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel or request a refund.
  • Free Digital Assets: Items marked as "Free Download" or "$0.00" are delivered immediately via a direct link. As these are provided at no cost, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Faulty Content: We want you to have a great experience. If a file is corrupt or does not match the description, we will provide a replacement. Refunds are only issued if a technical fault cannot be resolved by our team.

4. Free Digital Assets (Additional Terms)

For items marked as "Free Download" or "$0.00," no purchase is necessary. These assets are provided "as-is." While we strive for high quality, free assets do not include extensive technical support.

5. Licensing & Usage
  • Personal & Commercial Use: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets in your own social media, videos, and marketing projects.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell the raw files, redistribute the ZIP folder, or claim the original animation as your own proprietary work.
6. Payment Branding

Twisted Gif is a trading name of Push Digital Agency Ltd. All financial transactions will appear on your bank or credit card statement as TWISTED GIF.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide these files "as-is." While we ensure high quality, we are not liable for any technical issues caused by your video editing software or hardware compatibility.
